Rowing Ireland is the Governing Body for Rowing in Ireland and represents over 80 Clubs across the four provinces. Rowing is one of Ireland's most successful sports, having won multiple World Championships over the last two decades.

Skibbereen HOR now includes the National Single sculls, double and pairs heads. As well as adding the National Single sculls head changes have been made to the rolling head, so everyone should study the revised letter before submitting entries

Neptune HOR Cancelled.
Due to a worsening weather forecast for Saturday, with winds of up to 48 km/hr in the Leinster region, this weekend’s Neptune Head of the River is cancelled. All monies paid will be refunded, and the organising committee would like to thank all clubs who entered the event. Victor Hamill's funeral service will be on Saturday 14 November at 1300hrs at Terrace Row Church, Coleraine.

Victor Hamill, lifelong member and Hon Secretary of Bann Rowing Club, passed away this morning. He had been out rowing with his brother Norman, and became ill in the boat, and did not recover.
As a result, the Bann HOR is postponed. Details will follow.
